Process

Our process starts when client send us the enquiry based on his usage and specific need.

We initiate documentation / literature, make quotations and project charter in this phase.

For doing custom synthesis we check feasibility, define method, procure raw material, and send sample to client.

Based on sample given, client gives us approval to go ahead. We convert proposal into agreement / contract in this stage.

Based on agreement with client we optimize our process, set development and validation standards, transfer technology and scale-up if needed.

We Process Demo Batches and Send for Qualification to Client.

Client provides us confirmation on batches sent.

We make commercial production as per schedule given in given timeline and budget.

Once production is done, as per QC approval we start shipping goods to client and raise invoices for payment
